Washing Machine Performance Testing Equipment

 

This equipment is a washing machine performance test equipment, which consists of four parts: water supply system, test chamber, control system, and water recovery system. It provides constant temperature and pressure water for test samples, records test parameters, calculates results, and generates reports. After the tap water is purified, hardness adjusted, and heated/cooled (using a water-cooled chiller with a tower), it is pumped into each test station in the test chamber. After the test, it is filtered and stored by the recovery system. The test chamber is equipped with air conditioning and drainage systems, and the control cabinet is indoors. The test instrument collects data to the computer through networking.

3 Electricity Consumption Calculation 5.13 Electricity consumption: Washing machine for washing performance test. The unit washing capacity should be no more than the specified value in Table 4;

5 Water Supply Pressure Control 6.1.7 The pressure from the inlet of the full-motion washing machine is (0.24±0.02) °C.
6 Ground Safety Inspection Connect and disconnect the ground wire and check whether the sample is electrified or not working properly.
